Lou Stein (left) and Jack Schaevitz (right), brothers-in-law, jointly ran Health Camp as a thriving family business for numerous years. While Stein expertly managed the operational aspects, Schaevitz skillfully focused on cultivating and expanding the restaurant's loyal customer base.
